Do you see me!

My heart is forever changed. I can still remember the day that I realized that sexual exploitation of women and children was happening in my neighborhood! I lived in a good neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. I was involved in Christian ministry and my church, but I didn't know that there were unseen women all around me! I was shocked by the statistics worldwide and also in my community!

Immediately, I was grieving. How could someone who loved the Lord not see the suffering around me? We started praying together and asking, 'What are the needs that God sees?' 'Who does God see that I am not seeing?' Am I willing to follow God in this scary step into unseen and dark places?'

I felt unqualified, and I was! Unprepared! Who wouldn't be? And this was an interruption in my life and the future that I had planned. But by linking my arms with others and refusing to close our eyes to that which God sees and breaks His heart, we were able to start ministries in Germany and the US!

It is time to shine a light on the darkness and work towards a world where everyone is seen and protected. Will you join me? You can impact a life today and in 2024!
